August 2020 Cubs Testing
Our Cubs rocked their latest testing. After 8 weeks in a program designed to improve their mental and physical skills, our Tiger Cubs stepped on to the mat and proved their mettle! We are so proud of their mental growth as they demonstrated patience, focus, determination and perseverance. These 4 and 5 year olds paired those mental strengths with hard earned martial arts skills including front kicks and jump front kicks, front stances, blocks, and knife hands. To top it off, they did it all while physically working hard with knee to belly jumps, burpees, broad jumps, hops and hurdles. We love our Tiger Cubs and couldn't be prouder to show off these pictures and videos!
